Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide personalized, high-touch service to every customer to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the high visual standards of the store, including replenishing stock, folding merchandise, and organizing displays to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, register transactions, and cash handling with 100% accuracy.
- Product Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about our product lines, current trends, and store promotions to effectively assist and upsell to customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or damages to the management team promptly.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (shifts typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions associated with retail tasks.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional holidays or during peak seasonal periods.
