Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising to maintain store aesthetics and product displays
- Assist in inventory management including stock receiving and organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, inviting store environment
- Support store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Participate in seasonal promotions and product launches
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility for occasional weekday hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
