Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and seamless checkout processes
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visually appealing displays during evening/weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Assist with visual merchandising and store cleanliness during weekend operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening/weekend operations
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and adhering to security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts (Fri-Sun, 3-11 PM)
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Positive attitude and passion for customer satisfaction
