Responsibilities
- Deliver industry-leading customer service through product knowledge and solution-based selling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and KPI targets
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and store presentation
- Participate in product training and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems (e.g., POS, Square)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for store errands if needed
