Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves and create eye-catching visual merchandising displays
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organized inventory management
- Actively identify and communicate sales opportunities to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
