Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and visually organize displays to align with seasonal campaigns
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Resolve customer inquiries and address concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and securing merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; current college students welcome
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred

- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
