Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring all policies are followed.
- Assist with inventory stocking, price changes, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Strong basic math skills and ability to handle money with 100% accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
