Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process cash/credit transactions
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Execute inventory management procedures including receiving and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
