Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and operational goals.
- Keep the sales floor and stock areas organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; equivalent work experience is a plus.
- No prior professional experience necessary – we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
