Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, displays, and backrooms according to company standards
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Collaborate with overnight crew to optimize store readiness
- Adhere to safety protocols and equipment operation guidelines
- Assist with price marking and promotional set-ups
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory management abilities
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
