Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a superior first impression.
- Answer product inquiries and provide detailed information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Organize the sales floor to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
