Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Assist with store setups, displays, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all visitors.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
