Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stocking, displays, and inventory management
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures including safety checks and equipment operation
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain organized, clean, and inviting sales floor
- Participate in weekend promotions and special events with high energy
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly per company policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability for training
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation with punctual weekend attendance
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
