Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling consultations and product recommendations to evening shoppers
- Manage POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Process shipments and ensure inventory accuracy during evening shifts
- Collaborate with day team for seamless operational handover
- Support inventory management cycle counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 3 days/week, including weekends)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- Valid CA driver's license preferred for inventory logistics
