Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and product rotation
- Support cafe operations during peak evening service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Address customer inquiries with product knowledge and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Reliable evening availability (minimum 20 hours/week)
