Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash and card transactions with 100% integrity.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the evening shift.
- Monitor store security and loss prevention protocols to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Assist in processing incoming inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
