Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding their desired products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle location.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
