What You Will Do
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with finding products.
- Operate the cash register accurately, processing payments and handling returns.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide product information to callers.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
