Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred

- Ability to work flexible evenings (4-10 PM) including weekends
