Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and processing returns.
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking inviting.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
