Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized checkout stations
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rush periods
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation
Qualifications
- Available for evening shifts (4 PM - close) and weekend availability required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to South Austin location
