Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM weekdays, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM weekends)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Stock and merchandise products with visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members during peak traffic periods
Qualifications
- Must have flexible availability for evenings and weekends (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
