Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays per brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide product expertise
- Contribute to team sales goals through upselling techniques
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends

- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit location
