Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and manage cash registers efficiently.
- Organize merchandise displays, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
