Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Support: Assist with store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash or digital payments with precision.
- Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is organized, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating POS systems and basic computer functions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
