Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized shopping assistance and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM-6 PM)
- Strong communication skills and passion for fashion/trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to University Blvd location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
