Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently for accurate transactions
- Merchandise and visually organize store displays to company standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean and safe store environment during operating hours
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Participate in weekend floor shifts (Saturday/Sunday 10am-6pm)
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Cascade Avenue location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- No evening or weekday availability required
