Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and organize merchandise according to brand standards
- Conduct inventory counts and participate in restocking activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the sales floor
- Actively participate in weekend promotional events and sales campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn retail best practices
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
