Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise during early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Ensure product freshness and compliance with inventory rotation standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain optimal store conditions
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating pallet jacks and other equipment
- Assist in visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
