Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stockroom organization and replenishment.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
