Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend and evening shifts (Sat/Sun 10 AM-8 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and evenings (minimum 16 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- 18 years or older with legal work authorization
