Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products by answering questions and demonstrating features.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Merchandise the sales floor according to company visual standards and inventory guidelines.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Cross-train in other departments to support team members during peak weekend traffic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
