Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling advice and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, floor sets, and display maintenance
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and organizing stock
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities to drive store performance
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and trend awareness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 10 AM-6 PM)
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
