Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves with merchandise in accordance with planograms
- Ensure all products are properly priced and labeled
- Maintain clean, orderly sales floor and stockroom areas
- Operate pallet jacks and stock equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Availability to start shifts at 4:00 AM
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
