Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital transactions.
- Restock shelves and displays to maintain a visually appealing and organized merchandise floor.
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization during off-peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with technology and basic computer navigation.
