- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service from the moment they enter the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, debit, and digital payments with precision.
- Assist with bagging items and maintaining a tidy checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product locations, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
