Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise deliveries during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory management
- Use digital inventory tools (remote-friendly training provided)
- Report stock discrepancies and operational issues to management
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (remote training provided)
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Omaha Fresh Markets locations
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
