Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex technical issues with patience and precision
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated cases
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT >95%)

Qualifications
