Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries using our CRM system
- Support inventory management and merchandising during evening shifts
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service transitions
- Uphold brand standards in customer engagement and problem resolution
- Participate in quarterly team-building and recognition events
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Availability for 4-5 evening shifts weekly (20-25 hours)
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
