Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat during weekend hours.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records for the weekly report.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for remote clients.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Update client profiles and update internal databases.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
