Responsibilities
- Efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and according to protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping with care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus.
