Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general support services during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and transaction logs using company software.
- Ensure the workspace is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to coordinate workflows and meet daily operational targets.
- Handle light inventory management and stock replenishment as assigned.
- Resolve minor customer issues on the spot to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis facility.
