Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily workflows and assist with operational tasks during weekend shifts to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional support to clients and visitors, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Inventory & Logistics: Assist in tracking inventory levels, preparing orders, and maintaining organized stock areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend management team to implement daily goals and strategies.
- Event Support: Help coordinate and support weekend events or special projects as assigned.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service standards and report any operational discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a university or college, or recent graduate (Students welcome!).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
