Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets during evening hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date shift logs and reports.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend logistics and inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance protocols at all times.
- Handle basic troubleshooting for internal systems and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and night shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation is required for night shift commutes.
- Previous experience in customer service or warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.
