Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels efficiently and replenish stock to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Ensure the sales floor and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in processing incoming shipments and organizing warehouse areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
