Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends (8am-6pm shifts)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
