Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and foot patrols to detect suspicious activity
- Enforce access control policies and verify visitor credentials
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons and staff
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Security Officer License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or customer service experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and work overnight shifts
- Strong observational skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and reporting software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
