Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and deter potential security threats.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials of all visitors and employees.
- Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activities, and emergency situations.
- Write detailed and accurate incident reports in a timely manner.
- Assist visitors, employees, and emergency responders as required.
- Enforce company policies and security protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid California Security License (BPOA) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Clean background check and drug screen.
