Qualifications
- SIA Security License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 years security experience in nightlife environment
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations
- Effective communication skills for conflict resolution
- Proficient in using security technology and reporting software
- Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays
