Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and maintain visual standards to keep the sales floor organized and appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (Students are highly encouraged to apply).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the New York City location.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
